"Beyond amazing stay at the Marriott in St. Maarten — truly the best customer service I’ve experienced at any hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The rooms are gorgeous, modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with stunning ocean views and great amenities. The gym is large and well-equipped, and the pool area is absolutely beautiful — the perfect place to relax. What really made this stay unforgettable was the staff: - Kevin at the pool was always smiling, warm, and genuinely interested in how our day was going - Alexis at the pool bar was so friendly and attentive, always making sure we were having a great time - Jean Claude crafted amazing drinks and made every interaction fun - Niobi at the Restaurant felt welcoming and inviting every time we visited - Antonio and Shatijah at the front desk were incredible — professional, kind, and helpful - Dane the bellhop remembered our names and greeted us with such positive energy - Shadira, the hostess, was so warm and pleasant - Marla, the concierge, gave us the best recommendations The team went above and beyond to make my mom feel like a queen on her birthday — from the perfect drink to a delicious red velvet cake delivered to our room.
