"The property is in a wonderful location with magnificent Bosphorus views. I like the hotel very much and return many times. However there are items to improve:
The stair carpet from lobby to the main dining room is threadbare and looks terrible. Why dont they replace it. The electrics in my room were faulty causing the lights to flash on and off at random. I also hate the music around the pool which is pumped out at high volume. Then in the evening the music from 16th floor roof bar thumps out...

"After doing so much research I decided on this hotel. I am glad I chose this hotel because it exceeded my expectations and above. We were 3 girls travelling alone and felt safe and at ease staying at this hotel. The area is very convenient with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I booked a room with lounge access but was disappointed as the food wasn’t great and did not have much choice especially for my daughter’s who had allergies. Though it was good for drinks only.

"The staff were incredible and treated me like a King throughout my stay.
Everyone from the front desk, concierge, room service, restaurant staff and valet staff were incredible helpful and respectful.
This made my stay very memorable and I am excited to return to Ritz-Carlton Istanbul as well as stay at other Ritz-Carlton's globally."

"Het was een geweldig verblijf in het Radisson Merter Hotel. De kamers waren erg schoon en werden dagelijks goed onderhouden. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als er iets was of je een vraag had, kwamen ze direct met een oplossing en deden ze hun best om je te helpen. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, met veel keuze, en alles smaakte vers en lekker. Al met al een uitstekende ervaring. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanbevelen en kom hier graag nog eens terug"
