Lin, the doorman for always going above and beyond with his kindness and professionalism. George, the Guest Experience Director, and Peter, the Food and Beverage Director. Their leadership is clearly reflected in how well-trained, passionate, and caring their team is. This hotel sets the standard for true hospitality, warm, polished, and effortlessly luxurious.
