"The hotel is good, but definitely designed for business stays. Cold design of lobby and restaurant. Rooms are fine but a bit small. Bathroom design is a little awkward with total privacy being impossible. Parking is ample, but tight."

It was convenient for us to have the shuttle service to the airport. The room also was large with comfortable beds, and the price was great. "

"You could hear a lot of noise coming from people in the hallway as it was very echoey and you could hear noises coming from next door as at the time of sleeping as it could be better soundproofing the room from the noise coming from oustide . The room door frame emitts light from the edges that comes from the hallway as it's not a very good door jam seal or sound proof "

"It was a tour bus stop Hotel. The soundproofing was horrible. On ninth floor of ten floor hotel. Can hear dogs barking, motor bikes. When the bus or buses came, very loud. Even had a group in hallway doing exercises. And counting to ten in Chinese. At 0200. Doors open and talking to each other very loud. When doors would shut my door would shake. There was no luxury. The towels were exfoliating. The bath robes were used for under the door for an attempt to muffle the sounds. The staff was great...

"Well equipped and huge rooms. Only thing is shower screen door is broken but it didn’t bother us, bathroom door not able to lock. That also was nothing cause the room is spacious and beds r comfy. Only thing is after 8pm buses of irritating China tour buses will unload, the engine sounds of the bus and the loud shouting of guest across the corridors is very very unpleasant. Service staffs were pleasant and nice especially Cherry and Joe. We sleep early so and I’m a light sleeper so noise is not...

"This hotel is very new. BUT they allow bus loads of chineese tourists here who bang doors all night. Fight and argue in corridors. They do the same thing in the morning - they raid the free buffet breakfast and filled bags up with food to take on the bus. SCABS. i notified management who refused to do anything about noise level and the lack of etiquette that should be displayed. I will never stay here again. "
