"The rooms are really lovely and thoughtfully laid out. And they have maintained the hotel beautifully. Although it has been functioning for many years, it appears to be brand new. Also the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. "

"One issue they need to fix is that they only issue one key card per room. So if you have multiple people staying you are forced to share the card. Makes no sense as most hotels will issue at least 2 cards. "

"I had moved from the Sheraton which is a few miles away. This hotel was not as good as Sheraton but yet more expensive. Really disappointing "

"Front office staff was uninformed and told me I did not have the free breakfast although that was part of my trip. They later acknowledged the staff made a mistake. In room dining menu is mediocre at best, the in room dining staff was courteous and helpful. Housekeeping staff was fine but mini bar was never stocked. Location is good but looks like property is not kept up to date, not spending on cleanup and upgrades. "

"The hotel staff was very friendly. The bathroom did not offer much privacy. I had gone with my son. The blankets were so thick that either it was too cold or too warm. Pillows were not of breathing material."

"This place claims to be 3 or 4 star but it is none of that, it is a horribly run hotel where guests are given shoddy quality treatment. Also, there is no continental breakfast, it's just Masala dosa and chicken nuggets (which were oily n unpalatable). I recommend avoiding place as even when you tell the staff your concern n give them a chance to fix it they just say "we understand sir, Shay" and then do nothing. "
