""Luxury" is only in its name. We enjoyed our stay at their other great property in Mae Taeng before pre-covid19, but this Chiangmai location is in extremely poor condition. "I loved every minute of our stay at the Pavana retreat. The rooms were beautifully appointed with new furnishings, excellent air conditioning, good internet wifi and a lovely view across the pool. Most importantly it was quiet; something that I haven't experienced in a while. The weather in February is perfect, cool mornings (16 deg) and warm dry days (30 deg)."

"Stayed 5 nights, very satisfied overall. The place is out of the city in between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai so you'll need to arrange transportation whereever you want to go. They don't have a grand lobby, nothing luxary. However if you are looking for a nice quiet place, this is a place for you, we had a room with a sunrise view every norning. There were 2 rooms rented during my stay, with a total of 4 guests including us, but the staffs were hard to working keep everywhere tidy and clean....
