We had daily conversations with the staff who genuinely seemed to care and made great recommendations on activities and things to see. The room was beautiful and and the property itself was spectacular. On our two week trip through Thailand, this was our favorite spot! Will definitely be back again! "

"It is a decent hotel to stay in. Like every other family resort. The only complain will be the bed. Quite hard as the mattress is spring type and the room has a bit of moldy smell as mine is the pool entrance type. Can’t complain much with the price that I have paid for. A pointer, during the winter, it is too cold to swim at all in Pai. XD"
