"None of the staff spoke English. Very hard to communicate. Staff was friendly but clueless on how to deal with visitors from outside of China Food offerings were limited. No restaurant, just a bistro Very bad location, away from the city, squeezed in a tiny street. The entrance gave the appearance of going into a warehouse Overpriced. Low value for money"

"This is a fantastic inn, a great and affordable hotel, perfectly located within the old town, so you walk around to major sightseeing. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the hosts are amazing, they picked me from the airport, and made every effort for me to be comfortable. Excellent option in Lijiang!"

"View and service were amazing. There is a bus station in front of the hotel parking from Lijiang old Town. The bus will stop at Tiger Leaping Gorge first, then ending at this hotel. We've spent a night here then took another bus direct to Shangri La the next day. "
