"Hotel is nice, walking distance from everything, at the end of the beach so not a crazy amount of tourists walking the beach. 95% of the staff were friendly and helpful, however some of them seems exhausted\ not motivated… We encountered several employees struggling with basic English. Our room was very clean and cozy. If you’re looking for a really quiet hotel, it might not be the best options since it was mainly families with young kids. Breakfast was ok. "

"A really great stay for the price! We stayed in a room with the bath tub on the porch and it was a lovely room. Really enjoyed sitting in a cool bath and relaxing after days out exploring. Very friendly staff and we had great Thai massages at the on-site spa. I also messaged ahead whether we could check in early as we were getting an early flight to Krabi, and this was upheld. It is around a 10/15 min walk to the beaches, with various food options nearby. The area is a more budget area of...

"I love the tropical design, the massage tech at the pool. They could improve their service by turning on the AC available by the time guests arrive at the pier. With the extreme heat in Phi Phi it would be a huge help. The beach in front of hotel is less than desirable. Dirty and slippery at the bottom of the beach. Weird! But thats none of the staffs fault.
