"Lovely boutique property in the heart of Thamel. Despite being on an extremely busy street, the property was remarkably quiet with a lovely rooftop patio. Rooms are spacious and have fast wifi. Complementary breakfast was a much appreciated bonus. "

"The hotel is centrally situated, allowing one to walk to many places of interest, shopping and restaurants. It is also a heritage hotel providing a nostalgic experience. Rooms and the hotel has been renovated nicely (I was there in 2016). Could improve in the breakfast served."

"If you're looking for a place with a focus on service, then this is absolutely your choice! You might find a slightly better mattress (maybe) at Radisson or Holiday Inn but you would be trading a very small comfort for an unbelievable level of service. I don't know who in the management is motivating this fantastic level of attention to detail, but keep it up!"

My wife and I caught a cold and the hotel staff called a doctor, and when the prescription order was received, went and bought the medicines and brought them to our room, and continuously checked up on us. The hotel restaurant had a good selection on its menu of local and western foods, all tasty. The buffet breakfast was superb "
