"I was rather nervous about the hotel not having a reception but the code arrived a morning of our visit. Entry to Hotel and our room was very easy and the following day, we left luggage in appropriate locker, again using the same code. A perfect visit to Brighton"

"Family room was quiet, spacious and clean, with plenty of tea and coffee and mugs. (Kettle would have benefitted from being a little bigger) Room was air conditioned and had a fridge. Bath and shower was good and anti fog mirror was a nice touch. We all slept well in two king beds and enjoyed the view from our room. Check in and check out was quick and stress free, staff were polite and helpful. On site parking was busy but helpful. Location of the hotel right on the sea front and close to the pier. Breakfast in the atrium was lovely and the omelette / pancake station was particularly busy. Good selection of breakfast options and the area was clean and tidy."

"Wide choice of fresh food with all amenities easy to use or staff onhand to assist, and therefore, we looked forward to our breakfast every morning. Set up for the day. Staff even taking us to our room after arriving a little earlier than expected with our cases. All was clean, spacious and comfortable in the room. Lovely shower. Plenty of clean towels. Storage enough for the two of us. Staff always happily noted our return and departure. Very helpful about the area. Reliable and friendly. "
