"Fabulous rooms on a wonderful beach, along with a beautiful pool overlooking the beach below. The only downside is the property is a long walk from the town of Lamai, so taking a taxi or renting a scooter is necessary to experience the many good restaurants and nightlife the town offers. The resort has a restaurant but I did not find much on the menu that I liked. There is a Swiss Restaurant nearby that was excellent. "

"Karma is an excellent choice, its as beautiful as in pictures. Walkable, beautiful beach, great restaurant and the staff was wonderful. Beware of the steps the two steps from bed. Upstairs rooms also have steep stair for anyone with mobility issues I would love to be back"

"Really nice resort for this price, clean and quiet, very easy to walk to the main street and the beach. You can use SUP, snorkels and kayaking for free. I'm very satisfied with everything, got free upgrades for the room too, that's very kind of them. "

"It was spacious room with the garden view. The breakfast was fabulous with ocean view. Thai food menu changes every day. I never get tired. I really enjoyed their breakfast. Location is very convenient, many restaurants, convenient store are near. the stuff are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend if you go to Koh Samui, one of the most beautiful beach. "

"My family and I arrived at this resort at 7:30am.. Jetlagged and tired from travel. The girl at the front desk was so nice.. She had the maid clean our room first and we checked in hours early. Yes, the resort has a bit of a 70-80's vibe, but it's grounds are kept perfectly clean and you're staying in the middle of a tropical jungle just steps from the beach! How can you beat that?? Some people that review this place and nitpick the small details will never be happy, because they can't afford...

"Great place with easy access to everything in Lamai. Staff are wonderful and helpful. Rooms have everything you need and it’s right on the beach. Only downside would be the main pool became quite murky and green and seemed to need a good clean out. Didn’t stop our kids loving it though! We will stay here again for sure."

"Very friendly staff. The pool was nice and cool, not lukewarm. The balcony and ocean view were great. We lost sleep one night because of noise from the toilet room. They fixed it the next afternoon. Overall very good. We’d stay again. "
