"Male manager seems to be always busy looking at his cell ph. on a daily basis. He can barely understood english even for a basic request. Room doesn't have refrigerator. Bed is only a full size (US standard's full size) can barely fit 2 adults."

"I loved my stay here. For the cost, the room was large, clean and quiet. The hostess, Meow, is adorable and I enjoyed sitting and chatting with her each day. I cannot think of any negatives during my stay here and if I were to come back to Cha Am, I would stay here again, no hesitation. "

"Delightful staff. Helpful in the extreme though their English is minimal. A lovely peaceful spot right on the wide sandy beach. Not a lot around and no good restaurants but the chef at Verano Beach is pretty good so, though we had a car, we ate in the hotel every night under the stars. Large, colonial rooms all in white have all the usual amenities but they are a tiny bit tired. Didn't put us off though and we hope to return."
