"Hotel Harbauer is perfectly located for trips to the Nuremberg Christmas market. The owners were incredibly helpful, providing travel information and maps. The hotel apartment was clean and comfortable. The smallest room was ideal for our children as it is located at the back of the apartment, and could be kept quite dark and cosy. Parking was easy in spite of the heavy snow that fell the night we arrived. "

"Ein wirklich sehr schönes und gemütliches Hotel, wir waren hier vor Ort um die Therme in Nürnberg zu besuchen (20min) Fahrzeit nur entfernt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und man merkt sofort das dies ein famielengeführter Betrieb ist. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sprechen für sich. :)) Wir waren durch und durch zufrieden und kommen für den nächsten Besuch selbstverständlich wieder hierher"

"We were staying in Nuremberg for one night and this hotel was perfect. We were one block from the underground and one stop from the train station and old town. We were a short subway ride from the Court House museum. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodated parking for us at no charge. The breakfast was also very good with no additional charge. Even offered to make an omelet upon request. I certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nuremberg. "

"I was so appreciative of the staff, who were friendly, informative and helpful. The manager sat down with me to figure out and purchase train tickets online, which took a while and yet she was cheerful and persevering (where I would have given up!) Thank you for a terrific stay!"

"Property was a short walk from the city square and other attractions. Very walkable and safe. The hotel itself was clean and the staffwas very helpful."

We were out the whole day and put the sign out to clean the room unfortunately this did not happen and when we came back at 8pm we asked for fresh towels but we’re out of luck . The owner or manager was not very friendly at all. No complimentary water but charged almost 5 euro for a bottle of water. We paid $100 per night without breakfast. Cannot recommended at all "

"Great view, comfortable sized room, very nice breakfast. We didn’t ask but did not see air-conditioning in our room as advertised on hotels.com. It was a pretty warm night so tried leaving windows open and had mosquitoes, Enjoyed the hedgehogs!"

"Was there for show at Messe, 2 minute walk to train that took you right to the Messe show grounds. No change of train required. Breakfast was plentiful."

Modest but immaculate rooms, some modern conveniences like Wi-Fi and cable, and a friendly welcoming staff. Full buffet breakfast is a deal at €10. The hotel is steps away from numerous traditional Nuremberg restaurants. Highly recommended!"

"I spent 2 nights at this hotel with my daughter and was very impressed! Don't be fooled by first impressions. This hotel does not look great from the outside, but the rooms are spacious and well looked after, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's not high end, but if you are looking for value for money in a good location then this ticks all the boxes. Had a fantastic stay. "
