Bed is exceptionally made up. Comforter and bedsheet are spanking new, whitening clean, and wrinkle- free. 4 soft and comfy pillows are world class and special complementary. Mattress is feather-liked made. Customer service staffs conducted their duties and responsibilities ( body language, hands gestures and line of communication) in a very respectful, professional, mindful , polite, courteous, generous, delightful cheerful, and situational awareness manner at all times.
