"Love the Hotel location, easy access to anywhere if walking. Recommend not driving but the hotel does have a company who picks up your car and parks it, they bring it to you when you need it, very good. Check out driving restrictions in the area, call hotel. Only thing is the bathroom showers need better cleaning and updating. The rooftop restaurant is fabulous and bar! Excellent service and quality. I would recommend they add coffee Keurig machines in the room. Americans need early coffee...

"I’ve traveled to 14 countries and I have to say that this hotel had some of the best service ever. From the moment we walked in we were immediately greeted by the team. They took the time to explain to us amenities of the local area including “must see” and dining options. I cant stress enough that this was a great, conveniently located hotel which the best service ever. "

"Great place to say steps away from the major tourist center. Front desk, specially alexandro, were very friendly and helpful. Customer service was top notch. Room was comfortable, although some furnishings is dated.. Only negative was we didn't like the toilet flush mechanism."

"A very interesting and unusual hotel but in a town which could use a tidy up."

"Ariana was a superb hostess! Very nice and accommodating. She helped us with the bus schedule to Palermo and we had a great visit and a great stay! Highly recommend for couples who are mobile and looking for a nice, clean and safe stop over. Mille gracie!"
