"Didn't enjoy our stay here. Was a nightmare to find from the Cambodian border, no one spoke English, room was dirty. Pool area was nice but wooden loungers were very uncomfortable. Dinner was fantastic, once you managed to communicate what you wanted. Free breakfast was poor, ran out of bread first morning and no choice about what we ate the second one. "The experience was mixed as we had problems with check-in. The staff was not immediately present at reception (we were obviously the only guests in the hotel). After we were given a room, the bed sheets were not clean so the room had to be changed. Otherwise the room including bathroom was clean though. We were given a better (newer) small bungalow, which was fine but the whole hassle with check-in spoiled our impression. There is no minibar in the room, only two bottles of water were provided...

"This hotel is amazing. It's in the middle of a town that is not exactly a tourist destination, although it is the last stop before the Cambodian border crossing. But in a town like Klongyai you should not expect to find a hotel like Klongyai Centre. It is superb. It is new. The rooms are spacious and bright.
