"We liked the comfortable queen beds and fairly spacious room, the excellent walk-in shower. My aging mother didn't want to have to take a shower in a bathtub shower, and that is actually the biggest reason we chose the EVEN Hotel. The cost of having my dog stay at the hotel seemed a bit high, at $75/stay (for us the stay was 2 nights). We kind of missed the complimentary breakfast that's common in most mid-level chain hotels, but I suppose that saved us a bit on the cost. We went to a bagel shop...

"Maids need direction. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, empty body wash in the bathroom, tub was plugged. No extra TP."

"What I liked was the beds, linens, appliances were utd. However the wall paper, the carpet in the halls, the halls in general, elevator, the doors were super old and for sure need to be updated. And the walls seem to be paper thin so I could hear everything going on."
