"We arrived 9pm. Our purpose was to visit the US embassy the next day. We forgot to print out important paperwork but the hotel printed all of this for us. Then another piece the next day. They were very nice customer service. Room was spotless. Very close to Vauxhall train station close to the shops and cafes. Thankyou would recommend and stay again. "

"Front desk was so helpful! The location is also ideal as it is right in front of the metro line. Rooms are quite tiny but it was perfect for a short lay-over. Overall would definitely recommend! "

"Ok so it was in the right location for the activity we were taking part in. I can’t say anything about the outer rooms however our room was at the top of the hotel very hot and stuffy with only a roof window to open. Room above a fast food outlet open till 2:00am. Window had to be open to cool the room a fan was supplied but that was more noisy than the fast food out let. Also as the window had to be open due to the time year we stayed, we were woken early by the light. "

"The staff was very friendly. The elevators and room amenities give the feel of being outdated. It says it’s nearby stuff but if you’re walking I don’t recommend. It’s right by the subway (tube) stop so that was convenient. They have free tea and water in the lobby which was nice. "

"Unique little hotel above a popular pub. Not noisy though. Our room was incredibly small. Really cute but the smallest lodging I have ever stayed in. Be sure to tell them if you are large people. That could have been an issue. The hotel is clean and has great staff. "

"Pleasantly surprised by quality of accommodation - think it better than the star indicator suggests. The exterior of building looks tired and lift doesn’t work, which probably accounts for this. Other than that, the rooms were very up-to-date and clean. Few snags here and there, but great value. Staff were attentive and service-orientated."

"Very comfortable room and the bed in particular was fantastic. There was aircon on a warm evening but no window that ooened. I ate in the resand it was very good. The young staff were very friendly and helpful . "

"The whole place was dirty. I asked for a light cleaning, which he quickly arranged, but I didn't see much change Also they gave me a different address to where I had originally booked my accommodation. It cost me a little extra money as I was on my way there in a taxi. The picture that was propped up on the wall while I was sleeping also fell down and was very dangerous. They tried to accommodate my needs, but I felt it was never enough"

"Property was excellent for our needs. A quiet location affording us a good night's sleep, but an easy walk to the tube stations and to the river and Battersea Power Station complex. One gripe is that the shower is only 2'6" x 2'6" rather than the more usual 3' x 3' which means that anybody over 6'3" wouldn't be able to fit - I'm only 5'10" and was already banging by elbows against the shower enclosure"
