"Karma is an excellent choice, its as beautiful as in pictures. Walkable, beautiful beach, great restaurant and the staff was wonderful. Beware of the steps the two steps from bed. Upstairs rooms also have steep stair for anyone with mobility issues I would love to be back"

"Fabulous resort , I recently spent a month there . Unfortunately, the front deck was off limits because of repairs required . Place was always clean, staff always had a smile on their face and location was perfect . I will be back next year for longer ☀️☀️😀😎😎☀️☀️"

"It was spacious room with the garden view. The breakfast was fabulous with ocean view. Thai food menu changes every day. I never get tired. I really enjoyed their breakfast. Location is very convenient, many restaurants, convenient store are near. the stuff are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend if you go to Koh Samui, one of the most beautiful beach. "

"The Mermaid is a great place to stay especially for an entry and exit strategy to the islands of Thailand! Close to the airport Good food and cocktails! We stayed in a pool and ocean view room. Super clean and shiny, great bed, great air con, great medium sized infinity pool, we loved Bangrak! It is very under rated and stayed 3 nights at the Mermaid to finish up a 3 week visit to 5 locations. Oh and I almost forgot it’s cheap as chips compared to where we live! Shout out to Samui Mermaid"

"Very friendly staff. The pool was nice and cool, not lukewarm. The balcony and ocean view were great. We lost sleep one night because of noise from the toilet room. They fixed it the next afternoon. Overall very good. We’d stay again. "

"This is a good place for those looking for a somewhat cheaper alternative in Koh Samui. The bed was comfortable, the aircon worked, and the bathroom was adequate. The restaurant was handy and what I tried was good. However, it is not a very pretty beach, as there are piers and boats there. This is precisely why we stayed there, however, because we were catching the ferry the next day and it was right next door."
