"By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in Thailand. Got there and our reservation was messed up. Tried to send us away until I complained. Got to our room an no towels. Bed was comfortable that’s the only good thing. Breakfast was a joke! Coffee n crackers was about it. That’s not breakfast!! Disappointed after all those food reviews! Hate to see what some of those people say about bad hotels!!"

"Stayed here before. All as it ever was. Comfortable modern and wifi good. Only thing that has slipped are the choices at breakfast. Very limited Western style options. New hotels are popping up all the time here,so it is quieter than it was,maybe the poor breakfast is due to cutbacks. The hotel is somehow connected to the restaurant in the same road called Morgans/Mogans,which is infested with large rats.BEWARE "

"This is a pretty basic hotel. It's clean and near the main shopping mall. We were put right next to the entrance/elevator which I would not recommend as it is very loud early in the morning. We should have asked for a different room. The evening receptionist was beyond nice. She even offered to let us use her motorcycle to get around town at night so we could have dinner and see some live music. We ended up being offered a ride from someone else at the hotel. "This was our 4th time staying at Tree Home in the past 2 years. Previously I gave a raving review but things have changed. A new “restaurant” has moved in across the street which is a cover for a nightclub. Starting at 9pm every night is loud music. Sleep will be difficult until at least midnight and often times later. Will never return! "
