"My first time in an Ibis Styles and I was very pleased. Perhaps because the hotel looks as though its been built from scratch and not just 'taken over' ... I enjoyed my stay and wished it had been for longer. Everything was clean, the room was a really good size. I would defintely return. "

"A stale kitchen smell hung around the reception and permeated the building. No lights were on and it was like entering a dark cave. I normally like quaint old hotels but this was just down at heel and dispiriting. The photographer must be very clever as the reality was dismal. The sauna was an extra 55 Euros so we didnt use it and didn't eat there as the stale smell was so unappetising. We would not have stayed except that we had booked and paid in advance."

"Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff - top drawer. Slightly frayed, but quaint and a nice change from the chains. Easy on site parking. Easy walk to restaurants and the lake."

"Room was very clean, bathroom was tired & needed an update but the biggest problem was the road noise. There was no air conditioning in the room (number 9) just a fan provided. There were 2 large windows to open but the road noise was constant and very very noisy all through the night so not able to leave the windows open. This room was on the junction of a busy road. I would not choose this hotel again. "

"This is a very pleasant hotel where we have stayed before. However rooms are not large and bathrooms are on the small side. Service varies from very charming to quite sullen. The restaurant maintains a high standard with a diverse menu, although the selection does not vary much day by day."
