The only thing I did not know about was that they were doing construction on the hotel and that the pool would be closed. I usually pick hotels based on pools as I like to take my child to the pool. Other than that, we did get to stay in a newly remodeled room which was great. "

"The manager John is really nice and takes good care of you. There are plenty of motels in the area, but you just can't beat the price for this one. I've stayed here 3 times since I've been on my camping trip in Alaska and I've always been comfortable. This motel is like a coss between a hostel and an inn. There is no breakfast served, but there is a common kitchen for cooking. Not all the rooms have bathrooms in them, for some if the rooms you have to use the bathrooms in the hall. The beds...

"We were traveling with 47 teenager to the state championship Debate finals. The staff was patient, kind and funny. The rooms were very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable. The pool was unheated, but none of the kids minded, they had a blast playing in the pool. The breakfast was great, the staff worked really hard to keep up with all the kids, making sure there was plenty fo food and things were clean and orderly. "It’s quiet, clean and safe. Comfortable beds. You can park your car extended in their lot. Staff are kind and accommodating. Very close to airport with free shuttle. 24 hour staff at desk for any hour check in. The price is right. We stay here every time we need to stay in Anchorage. Getting better each time 🤗"
