"Receptionist was very helpful and polite. Only slight con was I was rang at 4am mistakenly as they thought I had requested an early wake up call? Very strange but overall a nice hotel with great staff."

"I was a return customer at Center Hotel. I booked here again for this visit, and wasn't disappointed at all. Very happy with my stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great complimentary breakfast, location is amazing in center of town. Right on the streetcar route, and even walking distance to Tallinn Old Town. I recommend this hotel."

"Definitely a "you get what you pay for" which for this trip was all i wanted. I had no plans on staying in the hotel except to sleep and shower. For that, the hotel was perfect. Clean, small, centrally located, included breakfast. Good enough. Only knocks on the place was that you did hear every sound in the hallways like others have written. Doors don't close tight at all, and everything squeaks. Second, breakfast hours were only 8-10. I had an earlier flight when i left, so i missed...

"Don't get me wrong, the place is not all bad. The concept itself is nice: no need to see the staff but clear instructions sent via sms; shared apartment with other travellers is also good idea. And the location was great, though of course somewhat noisy during weekend evenings which is to be expected. So what decreased our rating? (i) The cleanliness level. Especially the bathroom and shower area was in our opinion below any rating with slimy floor and mould growing at the shower space....

"A mini suite idea with bed in a sleeping loft. Biggest downside is there is no reception area and no where to leave bags if you arrive early."
