"Lot of tiny ants are in the room and hair and shower doesn’t make hot water i think my room we’re not cleaning because when I check in bathroom are waterlogged. Maybe it can't be helped because it's cheap, but if there is no hot water, I think it should be stated so. There were so many tiny ants in the room that I felt uneasy and had to wear long sleeves and long pants to sleep because it was too hot. "

"Staff are lack of english skills. Can't seems to get basic request through. The dryer does nit work but was told it does. Had no other way of drying our clothes except the varendah. Housekeeping staff ended up taking my travelling pillow. Had to explain myself to the staff to get it back. Was questioned about a missing floor mat that we never got. Staff provided a taxi driver who failed to get us to our destination even after he spoke with a staff there before we start our journey. I asked if he...

"관광지는 아니라서 시설대비 가격은 매우 좋습니다. 하지만 호텔 위치가 애매해서 걸어서 어딘가 다니기에는 매우 불편해요. 방 안 구석에서 거미줄과 거미를 실제로 두마리 봤는데 청소를 구석구석 하지 않아서 생긴거 같습니다. 직원들은 손님이 지나가면 인사정도는 해주는게 예의인데 그냥 눈이 마주쳐도 그걸로 끝이네요. "
