"The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. "The Hotel is at a brilliant location for ski in/out! The room was simple but functional- everything worked fine apart from the heating ( underfloor and not to regulate for us) which was too warm! There is a good skiroom with lockers! The breakfast and dinners were very good with plenty of choices for starters/ salad/ soup/ great choices for mains and cheese and wine ob tap! As the skipass was also included a really good value for money! The staff is also very nice and helpful! We will be back!"
