"This was the 2nd comfort suites we stayed at during our trip. This one was sub par compared to the other in Carlsbad which was superior. I expected the same level of service and amenities but not so. Just hopes each hotel in the same chain was comparable."

"Front desk was friendly and kind. Easy check in and out. The layout of hotel is not so good. Parking is tight on the west side. No automatic doors or handicap open door button. Wheel accessible to the side of front entrance. "

"We got in at 10:30 and just needed a place to sleep. Overall the hotel was quiet at night. The double queen room was spacious. However, it was obvious that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned…the tub had dark gray spots in it, the sink had toothpaste gunk in it and the floor was full of hair and dirt streaks. There was no way I would have showered or walked on the floor without shoes. The sheets either had stains or had been used and not changed…we think the latter as the spots looked like they...

"I stayed one night while traveling, and chose SureStay hotel based on price and pet friendliness. I reserved a room through Hotels.com about 30 minutes before checking in. The check in manager was friendly and recommended a good pizza place. The lobby was clean, smelled nice and was spacious. It was a clean, comfortable, quiet room. Hot shower and good water pressure. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, and desk. The breakfast was satisfying, and had hot eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles,...

"Staff, location and room was good. Clean and large enough for us and our 90lb lab. Needs updating, however it looks like they are slowly doing that. Overall would stay again! "

"Staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable. However, our ceiling had had a leak and there appeared to be mold, and the bathroom tub appeared dirty and moldy in multiple places as well. "
