"The hotel is located in the city center. It has 24-hour front desk. The room has street view and it was ready before the check-in time. The free WiFi works very well. The room has basic facilities and it needs some refurbishments. The bathroom is very small. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money."

The area is typically busy in the daytime during weekdays, but is relatively quieter than other areas like Providencia and Bellavista at other times. Not a ton of restaurants nearby that open late, so better to find a place in the other barrios to eat before returning to the hotel at night. "This hostel is great. The staff are all super friendly, even the volunteers, and I really couldn't have managed without them, especially Claudia! The rooms were clean as were all the public rooms and areas. It's a great location, close to everywhere, with plenty of shops/mini markets nearby. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is... My room was above the front gate, which does not close quietly. So everytime someone came in or went out, it was a loud bang. Other than that, I can't...

"I loved the pool and patio area. It was fabulous. The room did not have air conditioning and wifi did not work in the dorm. The hostel was generally clean and breakfast was good."
