"property was near all the other properties. Breakfast was a little lacking. no salt or pepper 1st morning however when brought to staffs attention the corrected it the next day"

"The front lobby staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nat was going specially welcoming up on my arrival. The breakfast was always hot fresh and variety every morning. I hav a Golden Retriever and I love that the hotel is pet friendly and my therapy dog is relaxed and felt comfortable also. I will stay there again when I make a trip back to Richmond to visit "

"So many bad reviews I dnt know why the staff ladies that work there was super friendly nice I'm disable and needed help with my things due to my health and on oxygen when I say they went above n beyond for me got me a room that was closer to the lobby due to my breathing the man that check me in was super friendly also but Ms Tonya she help me to my room and made sure I was straight they all was friendly nice and I appreciate all 3 of them I dnt knw the other lady name I wish I did I wanna thank...

"The hotel was clean, the breakfast was decent, the gentleman doing the breakfast bar was funny and engaging. The desk staff should take pointers. They were cordial but I didn’t feel a welcoming vibe, just this is my job. There was a second person who never looked up from her computer while I checked in. I would stay again because the hotel really was decent."

"So nice!!! The front desk ladies were absolutely amazing, especially after a long day of traveling. The room is great with all the things you could need. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure is perfect. The breakfast is good and the morning front desk ladies were super nice too. "
