"disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor the moment I walked in, which made it very uncomfortable. Basic amenities were missing — there were no cups, no tea bags, and no setup for making a hot drink, which I expected as standard. The lobby also needs serious attention. The furniture is old, worn out, and not properly cleaned, giving a poor first impression as soon as you enter the property. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and the hotel needs...
