Nice hotel, clean and friendly in the town centre. Room and beds were excelent. The paper hanky dispenser in the bathroom was broken when we arrived. Pity thet the only parking spot at the hotel was so expensive, we parked a 10 min. walk away which was OK for us.

Das Hotel lag zentral in der Innenstadt. Von dort konnten wir alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Angestellten vom Hotel waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden das Hotel bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Zutphen wieder buchen

Enigszins gedateerde (comfort) room. Erg laag toilet. Krappe kamer. Smalle gangen. Om 10:00 uur moet het ontbijt naar binnen zijn gewerkt, dus een keertje uitslapen is er niet bij. Tijdens ons verblijf werd er buiten geschilderd waardoor er een hoge steiger en hoogwerker voor het raam stonden... Hadden we graag van te voren geweten...

Het was niet schoon. Tv smartTV geblokkeerd. Niet passeren, steamen, enz. Kortom zwaar verouderd waterkoker vol kalkaanslag, tandpasta op de badkamervloer en zelfs een dopje op de grond. Kamer in zijvleugel, aanbouw en gedateerd. Kortom geen waarde voor je geld. Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Mooi oud hotel. Ik had een eenpersoonskamer. Minimaal ingericht. Ik miste een föhn. De doucheruimte: heel klein. Iemand met obesitas zou zich niet kunnen omdraaien. De wc-rol hing aan de verkeerde kant. Als ik een papiertje moest pakken, trok ik gelijk door omdat dan mijn rug tegen de spoeling kwam. Niet zo handig. En...het kost veel water. Geen beschrijving hoe de airco werkt, hoe het raam opengaat. De wifi viel steeds weg, zodat ik in 2 dagen 2x beltegoed op mijn telefoon moest zetten (€25.) Een klerin prullenbakje op elke ontbijttafel zou reuze handig zjn...Het ontbijt was overigens prima! Verder heb ik geen klachten. Reuze vriendelijk personeel.
