"Basic but very clean, friendly staff and as a solo traveller it felt very safe .
Breakfast had a selection but the hot food needs to be covered, as my egg was cold everyday .
Even though this place is nestled out of the way , there are beach bars and restaurants around, beaches are lovely and the sunset fabulous .
The hotel bar only took cash - which is frustrating! They could add least add on 50 cent to cover the fees, if spending under €10 or something .so i went elsewhere !
Lots of beaches in walking distance & buses on the top road or uber can be with you in 3-4 minutes , €8-12 takes you to cavtat or old city .
The pool didn’t have water at this time of year - but even if it did, the area around it is derelict and not very pleasing on the eye ( even though the sea view is beautiful ) . There needs to be some refurbishment of all of the derelict buildings on the site. As you walk towards the pool take the road heading down this is a short cut to the other beach as google maps wants to take you to the top road a back down ??
Google maps doesn’t work for the buses here either … walk to the top of the hill where you turned in from the main road , near restaurant zupaho - bus both way is near to there. Friendly staff … but could do with some tidying up of external areas ."
"Apartment was clean but there were clumps of dust which I cleared up and the outside / terrace was a bit dirty. But otherwise apartment was cleaned / serviced every couple of days. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils and kitchen was up to date. The shower is in the wrong place over the bath.
Bus stop to Dubrovnik is right outside the apartment and is surrounded by restaurants and large supermarkets. There is a pebble beach and bars on the promenade. The beach I believe is linked to the Sheraton. It costs €30 each to use the The Sheraton pool - a bit steep in our view given the apartments are linked to the Sheraton.

"A fantastic little find . Clean room and comfy bed. Rooms are dated but the whole place is really quaint with a lovely feel. The owners are so nice and you are literally staying in their home. We arrived in the dark but really appreciated the fantastic views and location the next morning. We asked about breakfast and the owner made us a lovely one to eat out on the terrace both mornings for €10pp. It’s only a few minutes walk down to where you can catch a boat to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. €10 each way . Sebreno is 5 min walk to a few bars etc and is also lovely. It’s a really good case to stay away from the crowds in the most beautiful setting whilst in easy reach. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant next door . Don’t come expecting 5 luxury but the experience is definitely 5 star. Thanks for a wonderful stay "
"Disappointed in table lamps
Easily fall to floor and break
Appears to be unsafe and was charged 25 euros
Would not recommend the property for this reason"
"This is a tricky one. I stayed twice on these villas, two night on one week, and another night on the following week. I was assigned two different villas. The experience was completely different from one villa to the other. The orange villa closer to the tennis courts was amazing. Super comfortable, super quiet, spacious. We stayed two nights and it were two great nights of sleep. Even with the storm outside we barely could hear a thing other than the wind outside.
The second time around I was assigned the villa right in front of the beach. At first, we were excited, it was just one night, but having the view right in front of the sea was really nice. But things went south as we went to bed. The room was uncomfortably cold, and turning on or off the air conditioning little helped. Things got worse as we turned off the lights and tried to sleep, as the building makes lots of noise with the wind. It creeks, it bangs, it never stops making noises coming from the ceiling, from the outside, it was super annoying. From the living room door a cold draught was sneaking in from beneath the door, that probably explained why the room was so uncomfortably cold. The fire light in the master bedroom is extremely annoying, blinking a super bright light the whole night that doesn't help who already is having trouble falling sleep because of the noise. So, be wise when asking for a room because your experience can vary greatly depending on the building you stay."
