"Room was clean, but air conditioning is loud. All I heard was people stomping above us every single night. The elevator is falling apart with the handle coming off and didn’t even drop us off on the floor we chose. Almost scared we were gonna get stuck on it, so we used the stairs the whole time. There was a chemical smell by the elevator near the bathroom that was just awful. Along with that, your key card won’t work if u try to enter the building through any side door. Breakfast was pretty mid, it was your basic breakfast. One good thing I’ll end with is that the room smelt clean when we entered. "

"We came in from NY and do not have this chain back home. I highly recommend this place for families with kids! The staff at the Dublin location were kind and patient. The evening kickback and breakfast alone made the stay worth it. The rooms were clean and it was evident the staff take great care in their duties. We will definitely return to this location when we travel through Ohio. :) "

"Bray was amazing to begin the stay! If customer service needed a face, it would be Bray! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was very busy but still upkept. Breakfast was excellent with tons of options! "

"Excellent service. My husband blew a tire pulling in to pick me up. We were staying to watch our daughter’s first Regatta for Ohio State and didn’t want to risk missing the race. The staff allowed us to keep our vehicle in the drop off lane while we went and watched her and fixed the tire when we returned a few hours later. We were very appreciative of this so we could see our daughter row and compete as a Buckeye. Thank you for going above and beyond. "

"This is a fantastic hotel. Staff is first class, rooftop bar has delicious food and view, bedrooms are modern and comfortable. We love the area and parking right across the street is very convenient. "

"The hotel was clean. When my friend and I checked in we were offered bottles of water or soda. We were also told there were cookies being baked. Upon entering our room and bringing in our luggage I thought it would be brilliant to use the door latch to hold the door open…. Instead it locked us out of the room. The staff was very quick to respond to the issue. I said “you look like a pro, this has happened before.” He responded, “you weren’t the first and you won’t be the last.” I liked the sarcasm. After getting situated and back into our room, we had a very quiet and good rest. We had a decent cooked buffet breakfast. When I went to checkout I was given another bag of goodies. We are planning on staying here again on our way back towards home."

"Parking was easy except it is dog friendly and i am all for dogs but a rather large dog pooped in the grass by my door and I walked right thru it. Gross not the hotels fault. They did give me cleaning supplies to clean my floor being i tracked it into my room. It was never picked up. It was very close to zoo and downtown dublin and we still had a lovely time. Our soap was barely filled and the ice was kinda far to retreive but for the price i could walk it! The staff was super nice and friendly!"
