"There was one women in the front desk who was so rude and unhelpful. She was training a new man at 9:00pm. Plus the key did not work several times and we had to go from the second floor to the front desk. At 8:00 am there was no one to help bring our luggage down from the second floor. When we asked for help we were told no. The hotel was beautiful and every one else we came into contact were wonderful and helpful."

"The staff was very nice but the cleaning of the room was horrible. The bathroom toilet was dirty, the restroom sink had trouble with the water going down, and just overall the room was not too clean. The location is great since it’s close to everything but I would think about it twice with the cleanliness."
