"Shouldn't be termed luxury. It's like the Donald Trump of hotels, say it and it's so. Air conditioning was not working. I don't term a queen bed as luxury, especially not one that moves everytime one of us moves. The interleading door, while locked, is not soundproofed and that ensured hearing cackling from the neighbours after their night out until 4am. Only one towel hook in the bathroom. "You took my money and hadn’t booked. I’ve been trying to get my refund as they made me pay at the property when you had already taken my money and told me I had a booking. I got there and there was no booking and no money in my account. I do not trust this site anymore and will be sharing this with all my peers and network. "
