The street rooms should be definitely avoided. When arrived book and demand the room with pool view or at least mountain view. The existence of the street rooms weren't mentioned in Expedia hotel advert."

"This riad/hotel is everything you could want in a stay. The host was incredibly helpful and especially accommodating for a solo traveler, which I really appreciated. It’s located within the walls of the ancient medina. It can be a bit tricky to find at first—you go up some steps through an archway, and it’s on the left—but that just adds to the charm. "Casa Sabila is nestled in the souk very near the taxi stand, so it is a short walk up to the hotel. Our room had a very nice view of the mountains and the town, looking down into the valley. We hiked to the top mosque and then down through the farmers' fields to the Spanish mosque. It was foggy and socked in when we left (good photos) and sunny and warm upon our return (about 2 hours round trip, maybe longer). The breakfasts were ample and nice.
