Love restaurant service- they were fantastic with their attention to detail and all around service! Always went above and beyond! Couldnt recommend them enough... Beach moderator and manager Hector and Francisco - due to this being a favorite area of nationals during the busy holiday time - we felt targeted becuz we were American (same rules didnt apply to all)

The property itself was fantastic. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The beach is fantastic! The only issue we had was with the Expedia booking. We were provided with misleading or just straight out incorrect information. I expect better from Expedia.

This property was perfect for relaxation. It is gorgeous and the presidential villa was amazing. Every room was comfortable with adequate ac and the common area was large enough for a a family. The kitchen was large and had cooler with filtered water. The unit had it's own pool but we also enjoyed the infinity pool on the grounds. The only drawback was that the restaurant on the grounds closed its doors the day we arrived and there is nothing in the area so you must go out for meals or purchase food for the apt. Zihua was interesting and we did a few excursions including the day trip to isla de Ixtapa. This place is so beautiful with the views of pool, beach and amazing sunset and the staff was awesome that we will be back.

La villa es muy bonita, cómoda y con excelentes instalaciones; el lugar en sí es prácticamente perfecto. Lamentablemente, todo se ve arruinado por el pésimo servicio y la total falta de responsabilidad del encargado. El Sr. Fernando fue quien nos entregó la villa y nos recibió. Desde el inicio nos aseguró que durante la semana irían a realizar limpieza, cosa que nunca sucedió. Estuvimos 5 días completos y no fue nadie a limpiar ni una sola vez. Como consecuencia directa de esta falta de limpieza, aparecieron hormigas en el baño, las cuales se extendieron a las habitaciones y nos picaron mientras dormíamos. Esta situación se le informó al Sr. Fernando, y no nos dio ninguna solución, ni apoyo, ni seguimiento. Simplemente fue ignorado el problema. Para colmo, al momento de la salida le enviamos mensajes para saber con quién debíamos dejar las llaves, y jamás respondió. Hasta el día de hoy no ha contestado, demostrando una total falta de profesionalismo y atención al huésped. Las llaves finalmente se dejaron con el Sr. Francisco en recepción, quien tuvo con nosotros un trato excelente, atento y respetuoso, siendo la única persona que realmente cumplió con su trabajo. En pocas palabras: ✔️ Buen lugar y bonita villa y excelente restaurante ❌ Servicio inexistente y pésima gestión del encargado de la villa Es una verdadera lástima que un lugar con tanto potencial quede tan mal parado por la negligencia de quien debería encargarse de que la experiencia sea buena.

El lugar perfecto para descansar

El lugar es precioso, muy tranquilo y bien cuidado, la villa muy completa lo tiene todo la alberca no es muy grande, pero nunca estuvo saturada y bueno tienes alberca en tu villa , la playa enorme, de arena muy suave y las amenidades de la playa muy bien. El restaurante un poco caro y no hay mucha variedad pero la comida está rica.

Desde la llegada en la recepción nos dijeron q como la villa que rentamos era particular q el dueño tenia q entregarnos la habitación, me tuve q comunicar con el dueño y me pidió un momento, después de esperar como vieron q ya habíamos bajado maletas por fin nos dejaron pasar a la villa, en la habitación había muchas hormigas en la cocina, hace falta mas iluminación ya que durante la estancia hasta el ultimo día q estuvimos por la noche encendieron las luces de las areas comunes, por que una vez q obscurece te tenias que salir de la alberca xq ya no se veía nada, considero q al restaurante le hace falta tener mas disponibilidad de los platillos q ofrece, al querer hacer check out tuvimos q dejar las llaves de la habitación en vigilancia ya q el personal llegaba mas tarde.

Yo me animé a reservar en este lugar porque vi muy buenos comentarios en la descripción. Y al llegar, la verdad quedé muy satisfecha. Excelentes instalaciones, todo funcional, te explican desde un principio el reglamento del residencial, lo cual también nos da mucha seguridad. La limpieza del lugar excelente, tanto en las habitaciones como en áreas comunes. El lugar ideal para vacacionar.
