Very clean, safe and walkable, nice staff, breakfast was good with nice view. There was no hot water 2-3 nights, had to talk to hotel multiple times and finally figured it out. No elevator in the building, no telephone in room.

Good option in Zernez

Nice hotel in Zernez. Also had dinner at the hotel which was quite good. Breakfast also had some simple made to order items which was a nice extra. Hotel staff very friendly. Only downside was the bed was not fully comfortable for me but that may just be individual preference.

Well run and high standard hotel

Well managed hotel with comfortable rooms. Heating system might not be adequate on cold days. Breakfast is a bit fussy with all items presented in glass pots. Restaurant is excellent, especially good if one likes game dishes.

Zimmer renoviert, sehr schön, mit Holz, rustikal aber auf moderne Art. Dusche auch toll, Steinplättli… wirklich stylisch. Frühstück war sensationell, Corona bedingt, war sehr vieles in Glädli und Flaschen - grosser Aufwand für Personal aber war wirklich top. Nachtessen auch sehr fein. Gar nichts nachteiliges zu sagen!
