"The kitchen and breakfast staff were awesome especially Abderazak, the cleaning staff was lovely. However, there was no Toothpaste in the room, no body wash, only hand wash. There was also no robe for the pool as well as no first aid box as someone in the group was ill over night and the front desk said there wasn't any first aid box. The breakfast had birds and that wasn't sanitary. "

"The area is a bit touch and go, once you enter the Riad it’s a touch of class & history, wonderful property. Helpful staff! Awesome breakfast & dinner. Just no alcohol sold at the property. Plenty of mint tea and fresh juice 😆"

"L’hôtel est clairement vieillissant et ne correspond pas au standing attendu. Malgré plusieurs demandes formulées auprès du service clientèle, rien n’a réellement été pris en compte. Seul point positif : les femmes de ménage, qui ont été adorables et professionnelles. En revanche, le reste du personnel s’est montré peu aimable, peu attentif et parfois désagréable. Une expérience globalement décevante."

The hotel itself was clean, the staff was helpful throughout my stay, and I appreciated seeing security regularly present around the property, which made things feel more secure. "Have to wait until 3:00pm to have the room ready. Quiet area. Another hotel construction just beside so a lot of noise . Breakfast is okay . 35 min walk to place jemma and toubia tower . 15 min walk to carre eden . Thumbs up to Mr. Hamza (concierge/security) at the entrance door, always smiling, very helpful to every question , every need . Recommended and will return ."

"I would have to say I was a bit disappointed. Staying at a CR7 property, I expected more from the property itself — not the staff, who were excellent throughout my stay. "Great staff at the desk and at the bar. A taxi ride away from the center of the city, but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Great atmosphere, and lovely pool (which closes oddly early, though)."

"Lovely riad, just outside the medina. Rooftop breakfast was divine as was the whole experience. The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful, nothing was too much for them (I would give 6 or 7 stars if possible). The room, though small, had everything we needed (air-con a must!!!). My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our stay."
