"I love staying in Stonetown and this was the perfect location. The staff was very nice and the accommodations were satisfactory. It is an older property, as are most accommodations in Stonetown but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was a pleasant stay. "

"The Emerson Spice Hotel is a little gem in the heart of Stone Town. Russell and the team are so welcoming and kind, especially to my son, who was amazed that we were staying in such a nice property, a former spice warehouse. They gave useful tips and advice on tours, arranged them for us so that we were able to see everything in the area from the history of where we were, to the Jozani forest and surrounding areas, as well as the spice farms nearby. A thoroughly lovely place run by thoroughly decent people. Would love to stay there again."
