We’ve stayed here a few times now while displaced by a fire, and the hospitality has been top-notch every single time. The staff is warm, professional, and has gone out of their way to make our stays comfortable and stress-free. Thank you for being such a bright spot during this transition.

Location was great, plenty to do in the area. Staff was overall friendly and I swear we saw them cleaning at all times. However we had an issue with our toilet being clogged and upon speaking to the front desk attendant at the time, he handed us a plunger. While I don't mind doing the job, I feel like that's not what guests should be doing. Other than that, we really had no issues with our short stay.

If you just need a place to stay for a bed, this is the one. Our room was clean and the staff were super nice and helpful. Definitely needs updated and renovated, shower was on the colder side with not good water pressure, paint falling off the walls. Unfortunately we were woken up about 8:45 to the house keeping quite literally banging on our door, then trying to enter, scared both my husband and I awake. I understand cleaning rooms but we were not supposed to check out until 11am. 10-10:30am I feel would of been a better time, because we did not arrive until late that night due to a wedding and did not get enough sleep.

Great folks that work there. BUT MY ROOM GROSSED ME OUT. DIRTY DUSTY. I slept in my sleeping bag in to of the bedding. Mattress had a huge slope to the middle on both sides of bed Great breakfast. Convenient location. But really ruin down nasty The night desk person was Fabulous

Air vents need updating. They look dirty and they are noisy. There should be a fan option to circulate air with heat and A/C off. No shelf in shower for soap/shampoo. (I was placed in a handicap room, but I'm not handicap). Walls are thin and I could hear snoring next door. Staff very friendly. Room overall clean, but I could smell old smoke.
