We stayed here with our 2 kids! Clean and comfortable beds! The food was of high quality and pretty diverse. The staff were friendly and always extremely attentive and inviting. Everyone at the hotel always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. For all of the above reasons I will give Gardelli Inn a 5 star review! If you want to pool lounge you will need to get to the pool around 6am and reserve your lounge chair with a towel! We didn’t know this but Lagunas is the party town of Zakynthos. The tourists party pretty hard so this isn’t a quiet area. The bars and clubs around the hotel do close up at midnight but the partiers tend to spill over around the hotel and depending on their level of intoxication can be pretty loud! This isn’t the hotels fault of course. If you want a quiet stay in Zakynthos don’t stay in Lagunas!

The only thing worth noting was that if you sat at the bar/pool by the beach you couldn't get drinks within your all inclusive package, however you could get them from the other pool bar and take them over. The best thing about our stay was both the young ladies on reception, I can't praise them enough, they helped us book taxi's, restaurant reservations and worked tirelessly to call around beach clubs in other parts of the island for day trips, they were absolute stars and definitely made our trip. Thank you ladies

We stayed at this hotel at the end of the season, as such the food and drinks available were slightly more limited. The room was modern, just on the smaller side, but we were only there for one night so was perfectly OK. If we were there for a few days, it may have been an issue. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you, especially the barman and the reception staff. The pool was definitely not the cleanest, you could see the dirt on the bottom and around the sides. If the pools were maintained better this hotel could be very good. Very nicely decorated hotel. Overall we were pleased with the hotel and our stay.

Gardelli is run down and dirty. The photos are not accurate. The pools are dirty you can’t use them. The rooms are old and they don’t even provide proper doona covers. There was no curtain in our room so all the heat would come in I had to ask them to put one up as they wouldn’t change our room. The food is average for what you pay for. It is not worth the money. It is noisy and no one cares, there’s no phone to call reception. I would never go back or recommend to anyone. You have to pay to use the sun chairs that belong to the same hotel, which they never clean. Service was poor. Overall terrible hotel.

The communal areas were clean and tidy and generally looked as per the pictures. The rooms however looked nothing like the pics and looked unfinished. They were awful. Upon complaining to the manager I was told this was “the look”! Reception staff were very abrupt and at times quite rude. We were the only English there to begin with and we didn’t feel welcome at all. The food started off good for the first 3/4 days then it went really downhill as the hotel got busier. All inclusive drinks weren’t as described earlier. Depending on which Bar staff you got there was varied things you could and couldn’t have. Another thing re the rooms…. They are sooooo hot and you’re only allowed one room key so as soon as you ho out the AC goes off. You then get in from a long day in the sun and you get back to a room like a sauna. One night resulted in sleeping on the bathroom floor just to get cool. Crazy!

Bad haben wir bei der Ankunft schmutzig vorgefunden, Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt, erst als ich explizit das Schild an die Türe hängte, es solle gereinigt werden und 5 € auf das Bett legte, war es einigermassen sauber, Müll im Zimmer und Bad wurden auch einmal vergessen zu entsorgen, zu bemerken: Toilettenpapier ist nicht erlaubt, in die Toilette zu werfen! Stilles Wasser an der Bar war Leitungswasser, im Bad lief zum duschen, Gesicht und Zähneputzen Salzwasser, Liegestühle, die nicht am Pool waren aber zum Hotel gehörten, musste man 25 € zahlen, sogar am Empfang war eine Waage für das Gepäck zu wiegen, 2 €, im Hotelbeschrieb stand Transfer wird vom Hotel übernommen, bei der Ankunft wurden wir nicht abgeholt, musste für die paar Kilometer 25€ für ein Taxi bezahlen, Salat war matchig und Frischgemüse war nicht frisch, werden Beschwerde für eine Teilrückzahlung einreichen

Schön gestalteter Aussenbereich mit Pools und bequemen Liegen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strandabschnitt ist fantastisch, sauber und mit feinstem Sand. Man kann kilometerweit spazieren und tagsüber durch den Schildkröten Nationalpark laufen. Wenn man nicht polnischssprachig ist, ist das Personal eher wenig bemüht und man bekommt nur die nötigsten Informationen. Das Hotel besteht aus 2 Gebäuden, welche durch eine Strasse voneinander getrennt sind. Auswahl und Frische der Speisen ist mässig, der Kaffee eine Zumutung. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und der Zustand der Bäder sind unterdurchschnittlich, auch wenn die Inneneinrichtung grundsätzlich schön schlicht und funktional wäre.

Love inclusive Un'esperienza magnifica, tutto perfetto. La struttura è nuova, ben arredata,  camere complete di tutto e pulizia impeccabile. Sono presenti 2 piscine, spiaggia privata in erba spiaggia privata in sabbia con lettini a disposizione. Il buffet è ricco di deliziosi piatti, è possibile mangiare dalle 8 del mattino alle 21. La colazione è internazionale. Nella proposta di ogni giorno sono sempre presenti pasta, riso, carne, pesce, verdure e frutta e dolci. Ogni giorno il menù varia. Il bar all inclusive con buoni alcolici nazionali chiude alle 23 e rimane aperto ancora un'ora per le consumazioni a pagamento. ( ottima la mastica ) Fenomenali i camerieri e baristi che ci hanno sempre coccolato. Superlativo lo staff della reception, si è reso disponibile ad illustrarci le spiagge migliori, i ristoranti tipici e i punti panoramici, ed anche occupato di trovarci un'auto da affittare con assicurazione full kasco, ad un ottimo prezzo. Grazie Gardelli per averci trattato come una famiglia e non come semplici clienti, a presto!

It was 90 F outside, and upon checkin to the room we found out that AC and Refrigerator does not work at all. We were told to wait in the room for 30-40 mins for AC to work. After waiting for an hour we complained again the manager moved us to another room.
