I have to get in touch with the manager, because for 450€ 2 nights with breakfast is quite a lot that I didn't have hot water. I had meetings in the city and then a concert and had to take a cold shower. And that's really bad for €450

It was certainly a unique experience , night club in the basement roof top bar. Rooms were very mixed we all paid the same rate but our friends room was more than double the size of ours.
Endroit joli, au style d'auberge jeuness, pratique, personnel serviable. Chambre un peu désuète, peinture à refaire.
On entend un peu le bruit de la discothèque, perso, cela ne m'a pas trop dérangé.
Timeout Heritage Hotel is really nice. In a perfect location, centrally located. It has a nice bar and nightclub. Room was good, bed perfect and shower in the bathroom was excellent. There was an in room safe and fridge. My room had a balcony which was nice. Breakfast is good and standard for Zagreb. Reception staff are very kind and friendly.
Accueil correct. Personnel disponible et réponses aux demandes. Bonne propreté. Etablissement est bien placé au centre, accès facile aux transports en commun. Parfois des bruits de bar ou restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni.

On the app they said they had parking, main reason why we booked this hotel. 12 hours before arriving they sent an email saying they did not have parking. The guy in reception at check in was not friendly. The rooms have zero privacy and you can hear everything from other rooms, the curtains/blackouts aren’t the right measurements and you can see from outside through the windows
The hotel is located in between bar and club bit in the hotel you cannot hear anything. Rooms are clean and have everything needed.

Construction was being carried out in the Restaurant area with loud noises going on from early morning until late afternoon. Very loud hammering sounds. No hotel staff apoligised for this. My recommendation is all staff require an in depth customer service training courses.
Also housekeeping need to be more quite in corridors of room areas. I could here everything outside my room. The positive feedback I will say is the location of the property.
