"Beautiful old hotel. The food in the Bistro was excellent and the courtyard was a lovely place to relax. We had a miscommunication about the taxi. We were charged for airport transport by the hotel but then the driver also demanded payment, which we did not give him. Not quite sure what the problem was…"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Canopy in Zagreb! The hotel had a charming, unique style, and we especially loved the library-like shelving around the elevators. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. The location was perfect, with a tram stop right outside the hotel and several attractions within walking distance. We walked to the city center—about a mile away—which was a lovely way to explore Zagreb. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, and it was okay. Overall, the comfortable rooms, great staff, and convenient location made this a very enjoyable stay!"

"We stayed at Zagreb for one night as a transfer between Rovinj and Split to break up our trip. The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and the best part was it opened at 6:30. That was very helpful for us as we had an early morning bus. Reception staff were very friendly. The hotel is located very central; many options for restaurants and tourist spots were walkable."
