"The hotel is perfectly located if you are visiting for the first time. Five minute walk to the town square, and most tours start from the north end of the park one street over. The hotel has a first class breakfast buffet, and is decorated beautifully inside. My only caveat is that the rooms are on the small size. But if you are visiting Zagreb, how long do are going to stay in the room?"
"The location was excellent and the breakfast was fantastic. We had two issues:
1) the room was too hot and there was no way to control the temperature. Employee said it was too early (mid April) to switch to AC.
2) our room faced the main pedestrian street and it was incredibly noisy in our room at night. Loud music and people screaming through the night.
If you stay here, ask for a room in the back where maybe it's quiet. Don't believe what you read about soundproof windows.

"The only negative comment I wish to make is that it was impossible to keep the showerhead in a place which didn't cause water to splash onto the floor and bath mat. Other than that it was an excellent hotel and I would stay again."
"Grossses Zimmer, ruhig trotz Stadtzentrum. Leider waren die Vorhànge nicht sehr abdunkelnd unter unserem Zimmer brannten die ganze Nacht Lanpen, dadurch war es sehr hell im Zimmer."
