It was great to have such a nice place to stay with such a good view! Truly unexpected. Small things to help for next guests would be an ashtray for outside and paper towels and frying pan in the kitchen. The check in /out process was great. Maybe adjusting the listing on Expedia too so guests don’t think it’s another location becuase that was a little confusing. Otherwise we had a nice stay and great time in Zagreb! Thank you for everything!

Booked 2 nights. Didn’t even enter my room. Couldn’t find the room. Lift wasn’t working and it seems that’s the only way to get to the room. I asked for a full refund and was immediately denied

Great spot for downtown Zagreb. These are of course apartments, or well studios not hotel rooms, so don’t expect room service or that sort of thing. The studios are nice, clean, and there is a board of information to help you get situated. (Tho they should add directions to a super market, but it is quite easy to find once you get orientated). The building and apartment is secure, the staff are nice and helpful. You can also leave luggage with them in their reception, and they can arrange a taxi service to the airport. If you got a hotel, you likely would not be anymore central than this place. It really is super central. Would stay there again, infact I am next week on my way back from Split.

Zagreb

We had a one nite stop in Zagreb and the apartment was centrally located. The team were super helpful via WhatsApp. Location great to explore the streets and restaurants. Quite touristic location.

No sleep, and no human to help you

It is difficult to find this place, it is well hidden so the first project was actually finding the hotel. The service was great via email (there is no reception or human that can help you) when I got ahold of the personell. Apparently they need to send you code via Whatsapp and they had not been able to reach me. So I stood in front of the building with no idea how to get in. Luckily I got help from from the friend I was traveling with. The noise level was high, as there is a large construction project in the same building and street. Your kl be woken up at 7 am whether you like it or not. You clearly hear your hotel neighbors, and unfortunately had a crying baby next door. So I got next to no sleep during the trip.

Two main issues... First, the room did not looknlikevthenpictutes. In other hotel ads two twins we’re together to make a double. In the Apartment there were two twins on opposite sides of the room. This was the first time my husband and I have slept apart in 30 years:/. Second, The door keypad was very finicky and tough to get in until we got the hang of it. Then in the morning husband had left the Apartment and when he started to come back in, mid keypad entering, I opened the door from the inside and the alarm went off and wouldn’t stop so I emailed the management company but didn’t hear back. Eventually we pressed enough buttons that it quit alarming g. (45 minutes of alarm later). In the meantime someone down the hall had the same thing happen. Basically, with no on-site management it was much more complicated.

Amazing!

Amazing place! You can not beat the views from this huge balcony! Apartment clean! Comfortable bed. And a washing machine, which we didn’t use, but not easy to find a rental with one. Thank Easy check in & out. Emails answered immediately…great and friendly communication. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it! This was our second visit here and we will return again!

The view from this apartment is beautiful! I love the sewing the church towers and hearing the church bells. The location is perfect. Plan to walk with your suitcases a bit to get there. There isn't much bathroom privacy FYI. Other than that the place is great.

Check in and parking instructions are very clear. There is an elevator to get to the apartment. It's quite big overall however our bathroom needed serious renovations not like the ones seen in the pics. Our Shower was pretty small too but bedroom area was pretty spacious. Location is amazing!

Difficult to open the key box, stiff and difficult to hold down the black bits next to the keybox dial. There was no written instruction that my room is in the different building. The actual address of the room was never given beforehand, I didn't know it until I contacted the customer service to get help for opening the keybox for check-in. Took more than one hour to figure out.
