"Contrary to what is mentioned on the listing of the establishment, there is no Jacuzzi. The pool is located near a road without any delimitation by a wall or plants, between two residences. The kitchen equipment is basic (no Tupperware, pull caps, etc ...) All consumables (tablet dishwasher, paper towel, towel, ..) is calculated at most just for your reservation.We had warned of our late arrival (midnight) and obtained a written agreement for this. During our reception, the person was dissatisfied and was not pleasant. I do not recommend this establishment." Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. First I would like to say that there is no jacuzzi mentioned in the listing which was upon our request even confirmed by Expedia support desk. Furthermore, Tuperware is also not mentioned and I do not see a reason why our kitchen should have anything in addition to what already is there since everything is included that is supposed to be in one kitchen. Our pool is in between our 2 buildings and the neighbouring property is divided with green wall of trees. I do apologise for what you have perceived as our dissatisfaction with your late arrival but as I understood you have entered as soon as you arrived, you received all necessary instructions and on time without any problems. I honestly do not see a reason why you would be so dissatisfied with your stay here since it offers so much for the given price. The place is in peace and quiet net to the beach and forest.
