Llegamos y nuestra reserva no estaba agendada. La respuesta delmpersonal fue que no es la primera ves que llegan personas por medio de expedia y su reserva no esta. No tenian disponibilidad y en la plataforma aparecian 3 cabañas aún disponibles

Adquirí el apartado de dos habitaciones por medio de Expedia, pero cuando llegué a registrarme me digieron que Expedia únicamente reservó una y éramos seis adultos y ya no había habitaciones desocupadas, me confié ya que Expedia me envió la confirmación del apartado de dos habitaciones o cabañas. Esto en Zacatlán de las manzanas.
