The outdoor hot spring was the highlight of our stay. The staff spoke English well and were incredibly friendly and helpful. "It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. "

"予想以上に良かったです。ブッフェへもちろん、施設も素敵でした。温泉街自体はバブル崩壊の影響を受けてまだまださびれてますが、このホテルだけでも十分過ぎるくらいに高い価値があります。また、近隣にはスキー場や山、道の駅など観光スポットもあるので温泉街がさびれてるのも気になる人はほぼいないかと。草津温泉との梯子で行きましたが、こちらのほうが良いと妻と話しています。"
