"Hotel Staffs and Mangers are very nice, when I checked in, they processed very efficiently. The room is very clean, they even provide shoe mitt. Breakfast is excellent, many delicious dashes, all you can eat buffet. The hotel located in center of Kunming, Metro is nearby, a luxury shopping center just a few minutes walking distance, very convenient for shopping and fun. There is Tuo Dong sports complex nearby, I did my morning run over-there. Very happy experience in this hotel, I will definitely go back to it again, strongly recommended to everyone."

"All of the great reviews are real. The staff is very helpful and Amy’s help with our planning was amazing. We even had to leave our power banks at the airport (non CCC) and she got us one delivered to the hotel in a few hours. The hotel’s location is very quiet, but also only a few steps away from the busy old town. It was a perfect combination for us."

"place looks beautiful! we booked a suite with one bed room! it is a one bedroom house with yard! the place looks very nice! however, the back yard door is open from outside, people can come to house inside yard from outside this back door!"

"The hotel is right across the Green Lake. Traffic in Kunming was the worst I have ever seen in China, especially around the city center so be mindful how much time you need to go around places. Breakfast buffet was ok for the hotels in Kunming. When I arrived, the hotel told me the room type I booked ran out, so you better call them beforehand to make sure the room type you booked is available."
